Salary Range
The expected salary range for this position is $45,500.00-$48,100.00. Please note that the final offer amount may vary based on experience and skillset of the selected candidate.
Position requires individual to handle and assist the Director of Attorney Recruiting, Manager of Entry-Level Recruiting, Recruiting Coordinators, and Recruiting Assistants in all phases of attorney recruiting. This is usually a temporary full-time position. In the absence of this position, the duties listed below fall under the “Recruiting Assistant” position.
Essential Duties
Summer Program & Fast Track Program
Assists with all overflow work from summer program and fast track as well as any simultaneous hiring efforts.
Other Duties
Other responsibilities include handling most of the administrative duties for Director, Manager, Recruiting Coordinators, and Recruiting Assistants including prepping for programs/events and handling internal administrative systems such as Chrome River.
Reporting Relationship
The Temporary Recruiting Intern reports directly to the Director, Managers, Coordinators, and Assistants.

Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, computer skills, excellent writing and communication skills and have the ability to handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines.

Working Conditions
Hybrid schedule. Required to be in the office for a minimum of three days per week, with the option to work remotely up to one day a week. There may be times, especially during the summer, where attendance in the office five days a week will be required.
