About The Internship
The Fanatics Collectibles Legal Summer Internship is a full-time, paid internship designed to provide meaningful exposure to in-house legal work at a leading global collectibles company. Interns will work closely with members of the Legal team on substantive, business-facing projects that support key commercial and licensing initiatives.
What You’ll Do
As a Legal Summer Intern, you will support the Legal team primarily through research, drafting, and organizational projects. Responsibilities may include:
- Conducting legal, market, and competitive research to support commercial and strategic initiatives
- Supporting licensing and commercial transactions through drafting, reviewing, and summarizing agreements under attorney supervision
- Preparing summaries of key licenses and agreements for internal stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining internal legal reference materials and playbooks
- Assisting with the organization and upkeep of the Legal team’s forms and templates library
- Contributing to training materials and internal documentation used by cross-functional teams
- Providing general support on legal projects as needed
What You Bring
- Current enrollment in a Juris Doctor (JD) program (1L or 2L preferred), or a strong interest in pursuing a legal career
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional judgment and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

The hourly rate for this position is $27.00.
