What You’ll Do

- The Legal Intern will support the Corporate Attorney with a combination of project-based legal work, document archiving and record support, and day-to-day legal operations. The Legal Intern will work closely with attorneys and shareholder relations partners on meaningful, real-world assignments, including:
- Documenting and creating a legal review process guides for internal shareholders.
- Support legal projects through research, document review, and process documentation.
- Provide legal administrative and operational support.
- Experience developing and maintaining a docketing calendar
- Learn how to work cross functionally with different departments, leaders and resources.
- Be part of the solution, by collaborating with key stakeholders to identify and solve problems.

Work Location:
- This a work-from-home position
Length Of Internship
- This is a six-week initial internship, with the potential of an additional six-week period following.
Compensation Information
- The compensation range is $17-$18 per hour
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a J.D. in Law School
