Description

YOU ARE:

A highly motivated and meticulous law student.
Interested in our practice and eager to learn.
A rising 2L or 3L candidate.

YOU HAVE:

Strong academics – minimum 3.2 GPA.
Research and writing skills.
Contract drafting skills.
Strong attention to detail.

YOU WOULD:

Review and revise contracts.
Conduct legal research and drafting.
Research and write articles on legal topics.

YOU WILL ALSO HAVE OPPORTUNITIES TO:

Participate in client meetings.
Observe client negotiations.
Strategize with attorneys in transactional matters and litigation matters.
Be exposed to the business of law and legal marketing.
