Role Description:
The Summer Intern, Compliance will support the administration of compliance-related programs, including but not limited to Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Workers’ Compensation. This role will assist with compliance processes, documentation, and clerical tasks while gaining exposure to regulatory requirements and employment compliance practices within an organizational setting.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
As a summer Intern, we will provide you with:
- A real-world experience on exciting projects
- Connections with recent college graduates and our company leaders
- Performance of assignments under the direct supervision of a department lead
- Performance of other work-related duties as needed
Your essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with the administration of compliance programs, including FMLA, ADA, and Workers’ Compensation.
- Support compliance-related investigations and reviews through documentation and record management.
- Help track and organize compliance cases and supporting materials.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Compliance team.
- Assist with maintaining accurate and organized compliance files and records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Required Experience:
Demonstrated interest in employment compliance, labor standards, or workplace regulations through coursework, internships, or related experiences.
Minimum Education Requirements:
Must be currently enrolled fulltime in an undergraduate or graduate program
Must have at least 30 credit hours complete Must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average
Required Skills:
Strong organizational skillsStrong written and oral communication skills

Experience working in a government office or a private sector labor environment.
