This Internship opportunity will provide your insight with hands-on experience within the Ferrari Financial Services team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to real-world projects.

As part of the Legal Team, your main responsibilities will be:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain legal files and documents
Assist with legal data entry projects
Prepare documentation for new and existing processes
Assist with contract review
Assist with legal research
Assist with preparation of internal memoranda
Assist with departmental communications and projects
Assist with management of litigation portfolio

The following skills are required to perform the role:

Legal Principles: Understanding of fundamental legal concepts and doctrines.
Legal Research Databases: Familiarity with resources like LexisNexis and Westlaw.
Legal Terminology: Proficiency in using legal language and understanding specialized terms.
Administrative Procedures: Knowledge of basic legal office procedures and practices.
Legal Research: Ability to conduct thorough research using various resources.
Legal Writing: Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and memoranda.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
Organization: Ability to manage case files, maintain records, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
