Louis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated 2026 Human Resources Intern to become an integral part of our dynamic Talent team in New York City. This internship opportunity will focus on supporting various aspects of our Human Resources efforts, offering exposure to Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and special ad hoc projects.
Job responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the Senior Talent Manager on priority projects – including but not limited to: University Relations, Job Descriptions, Talent Acquisition KPI tracking and development and communication of Talent Acquisition training content
- Develop strategies to highlight employer branding content to be featured on the Career Site, LinkedIn and additional candidate facing platforms
- Support in budget management, communication with vendors and on-site facilitation support for Human Resources hosted events
- Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with various administrative and operational tasks, including posting job advertisements, general talent acquisition administration, and support for events like the Horizons Kick-Off Day 2026
Profile
We are excited to speak to candidates with a passion for working with internal and external talent, demonstrated organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Proficiency in excel and PowerPoint are critical. The ideal candidate will possess experience within Human Resources.
Criteria
- Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in related field of study
- Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC
- We are open to full-time for Fall 2025 with a start date in August
- Legally authorized to work in the US
Compensation
- Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour
- Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour
The position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
