CSC Funds Solutions has a growing financial services business unit located in West Orange, New Jersey and Wilmington Delaware. We provide accounting and reporting services to private capital investment funds and their investors.
We’re seeking a bright, highly motivated student to join CSC as an Onboarding & AML/KYC Intern for the Funds team. This role will be working directly with two different operational teams to learn the onboarding and AML/KYC processes for Private Equity Funds.
Someone who enjoys client interaction, problem solving, is self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment will do well in this position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Drafting regulatory & compliance internal documentation and control procedures, including work-flow and process maps, organizational charts, and internal departmental control procedures with precise formatting for consistency and clarity.
• Leveraging and creating built-in templates and styles to ensure adherence to organizational branding and standards.
• Efficiently organizing and categorizing emails for compliance tracking and internal auditing purposes using folders, categories, and rules.
• Developing and maintaining spreadsheets for tracking operational deadlines, tasks and remediation statuses.
• Support end-to-end onboarding and remediation projects.
• Support the development of contact lists, Service Level Agreements and other onboarding materials for each engagement/project.
• Think outside the box! Help identify workarounds to achieve the client’s goals, and coordinate conversations with internal business partners on client processes and expectations.

What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?
• Currently attending college, university, or a similar training program
• Graduating or ready for full-time employment within 12 months of August 2026
