We’re looking for a Legal Intern for our office in Alpharetta, USA. The position is fulltime, working 5 days in our Alpharetta office. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Legal Intern to join our Legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a current law student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, in-house legal environment. The intern will assist with day-to-day operations and contribute to meaningful projects that support the company’s legal and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Filing & Document Management: Organize, maintain, and archive physical and digital legal files to ensure easy access and compliance with internal protocols.
Contract Organization: Assist in tracking, reviewing, summarizing, and cataloging contracts and other legal documents.
Research & Special Projects: Support the legal team on ad hoc research assignments, corporate governance documentation, compliance reviews, and other special legal projects.
Administrative Support: Provide general support to the legal department, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and note-taking during legal briefings or negotiations.

About You

Currently enrolled in an accredited law school (1L or 2L preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools.
Interest in in-house counsel work and the intersection of law and business.
