We have an opening for an Intern (Talent Acquisition & Development) in our Boston office.

In this capacity, the Intern (Talent Acquisition & Development) will:

Assist with summer associate work allocation assignment system (upload final work product; ensure complete and accurate work records);
Assist with event logistics for training programs and social events (prepare and track invitations; confirm catering orders, room setup, partner with in-house support services to coordinate summer program training materials etc.); and
Update candidate statuses in recruiting database; track and assist with candidate follow-up efforts.

Proficiencies:

Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task;
Must have positive attitude and be a team player;
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Qualifications:

Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (preferred); and
Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment (preferred).

The hourly wage that we expect to pay for this position is $20.00 per hour.
