Opportunity:
Kohler Co. is seeking Intern candidates for a General Legal Intern position. The General Legal Intern will work with a variety of Kohler’s in-house attorneys performing a variety of matters spanning multiple practice areas, including commercial contract review, legal research, real estate, privacy, and general legal support for Kohler’s various business groups and enterprise functions.
The General Legal Intern may also provide support on certain intellectual property projects, including various patent, trademark, and copyright issues; compliance projects; and Labor and Employment issues, including union negotiations and employment disputes, and counseling HR and business leaders across all aspects of labor and employment law.
Kohler offers a unique internship opportunity with the ability for interns to get a first-hand look at in-house counsel work, including working directly with a variety of internal business partners.
Skills/Requirements
Qualified candidates must have completed a minimum of one (1) year of law school prior to starting their internship and have an interest in the practice of law within a global and diverse company. Preferred candidates are in the top 1/3 of their class.

The hourly range for this position is $26.20 - $39.30. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location.
