Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area for a Personal Injury Case Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing personal injury cases from the beginning to resolution, maintaining detailed client records, preparing and organizing legal documentation, liaising with clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers, and providing administrative support to attorneys. The role also requires tracking deadlines, ensuring timely filing, and maintaining excellent client communication throughout the case management process.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, including maintaining client records and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal documentation, case preparation, and administrative support activities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, insurance companies, and legal professionals.
- Attention to detail and experience in coordinating with healthcare providers and ensuring case compliance.
- Proficiency in legal software and office tools; familiarity with personal injury law is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and on-site.
- Associate's degree, paralegal certificate, or relevant experience in legal case management is preferred.
