Cohen Liuzzo PLLC is seeking a 2027 Summer Associate, based in Buffalo, NY, to support its transactional affordable housing practice.
Qualified candidates will be current law students (rising 2Ls or 3Ls preferred) with a demonstrated interest in real estate transactions. Experience or coursework in real estate, secured transactions, tax, and/or affordable housing is a plus.
Qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials, strong communication and collaboration skills, confident drafting and editing abilities, as well as a commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
