Our Austin office is seeking a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented Office Intern to support day-to-day administrative and front desk operations. This role is ideal for a college student interested in gaining hands on experience in a professional office environment while balancing coursework.
This position is structured as an internship, with the potential to transition into a part time role if there is a strong mutual fit and ongoing business need. This role is well suited for students balancing coursework who are looking for consistent, professional experience.

Key Responsibilities
The Office Intern will assist with the smooth operation of the Austin office, including:
- Greeting clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answering phones and assisting with door coverage as needed
- Validating parking and ensuring a positive guest experience
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, packages, and courier deliveries
- Printing, copying, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assisting with file creation and maintenance, including client folders and binders
- Supporting general office upkeep, including stocking supplies and maintaining common areas
- Ordering office supplies and snacks as needed
- Assisting with occasional lunch orders and basic administrative tasks
- Supporting special projects as assigned

- Polished, professional, and friendly demeanor
- Strong customer service skills and comfort interacting with clients in person
- Reliable and consistent availability during business hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced office environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
Preferred Experience
- Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate
- Interest in gaining professional office or administrative experience
- Prior experience in a legal or professional office setting is a plus, but not required
Position Details
- Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Schedule: Part time, approximately 20–25 hours per week during core business hours, Monday through Friday
- Location: In person, Austin office
- Duration: 12-week internship with potential to transition to a permanent part-time role based on performance and business needs
