Litigation Assistant:
We are seeking entry-level litigation assistants with 0-3 years’ work experience, to start in March 2026 and Summer 2026. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred. This is a two-year position and is an especially good opportunity for those considering pursuing a career in law.

- Assisting with trial preparation
- Potentially participating on courtroom trial team, depending on firm needs
- Potentially attending labor-management collective bargaining negotiations, depending on firm needs
- Performing administrative tasks
- Performing other duties as needed

- Making travel arrangements
- Organizing files and documents
- Preparing letters, memos, etc.

Legal Administrative Assistant:
We are seeking a legal administrative assistant (legal secretary) with at least five years of experience in similar roles.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a litigation legal secretary
- Extensive knowledge of state, federal, and appellate court rules and procedures
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Suite including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Sharepoint, as well as other standard legal software such as time entry, document management, pdf editors, etc.
- Ability to type 60+ words per minute
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Interest in public interest law
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and an interest in learning
- Minimum 2-year commitment
Duties/Description of Job:
- Providing high-level administrative and litigation support to 3-5 attorneys
- Formatting, finalizing, and filing documents in state, federal, and appellate courts, and other regulatory agencies
- Calendaring case deadlines, hearings, meetings, and other events
- Researching court rules and requirements
- Conducting intake of attorney mail
- Managing travel arrangements and preparing expense reports
- Organizing files and documents
- Preparing letters, memos, and other correspondence
- Performing other duties as needed
