We are seeking bright, motivated 2L students to join our 2026 Summer Associate Program in a few select cities in our Florida, Georgia, Arizona and Alabama Offices.

Our program is a 12 week dynamic program filled with hands on training and research opportunities. We are seeking students who are passionate about defense litigation and hopefully wanting to return as associates for fall 2027.

Wicker Smith has great success with hiring those who clerk in our summer program and we use this time to help you develop a strong foundation to start your career as an associate attorney after law school.

Qualifications:

Exceptional legal research and writing skills (Writing sample required)
Strong and extremely meticulous organizational skills
Desire to practice in Civil Litigation
Candidates should also possess the ability to take on significant responsibility and be team-oriented.
High Academic credentials from a respected law school.
