We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to real-world HR practices in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Major Responsibilities
- Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis
- Contribute to process improvement projects and HR documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Practical experience in core HR functions
- Mentorship from experienced HR professionals

Licensure, Registration, And/or Certification Required
Education Required
- Enrolled in an accredited College or University as Incoming Junior or Incoming Senior Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience Required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Current enrollment with junior or senior status at a regional accredited college or university. Interns are expected to be in the process of obtaining an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Grade point average of at least 2.5.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability in successfully completing tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel.
- Must demonstrate integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
