Our client, a global law firm with over 1000 attorneys, is looking for a Legal Recruiting Assistant to support their busy recruiting season from November - February. This is a great opportunity for a recent grad looking to gain recruiting and human resources experience.

Responsibilities will include:

Assist with recruiting activities for the firm's summer associate program
Schedule interviews across multiple timezones, gather feedback from interviewers, and coordinate next steps
Perform due diligence, including background checks and employment references
Manage applicant information in viDesktop, FloRecruit, and Symplicity
Assist with managing relationships with law schools

Requirements
