Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and interacting professionally with clients and legal professionals
- Drafting correspondence, emails, and basic legal documents
- Managing the firm’s calendar and scheduling appointments
- Filing, scanning, photocopying, and handling mail
- Meeting with clients and communicating with Judicial Assistants, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assisting with legal research, drafting litigation documents, and providing litigation support (based on experience/qualifications)
