Fall 2025 Undergraduate Internship
Opportunity Location: Springfield, GA (Must have reliable transportation to our office)
Time Commitment: 10–15 hours per week
Term: Fall 2025 semester, with potential to extend into Spring 2026
Projected Start Date: September 3, 2025
Position Overview:
We are seeking 1–2 motivated undergraduate interns to join our team for the Fall 2025 semester in our Effingham County office located in Springfield, Georgia. While this internship is a great fit for Political Science, Criminal Justice, or Psychology majors, applicants from all academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Interns will gain valuable, first-hand exposure to the criminal justice system and work closely with attorneys, investigators, and support staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Assist with closing and scanning case files
• Perform general office duties and other minor legal tasks as assigned
• Support attorneys and staff in day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
• Current undergraduate student in good academic standing
• Reliable transportation to the Springfield Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Additional Details:
• Internship is unpaid, but our office is willing to sign off for school credit if applicable (credit is not a requirement)
• Hours are flexible within normal business hours to accommodate class schedules
• Projected start date is September 3, 2025 — do not delay, as applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis
