We’re currently seeking a bright, compassionate Law Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a 2L, 3L, or recent J.D. graduate who is passionate about immigration law and eager to gain hands-on experience in a purpose-driven legal environment.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda to support attorney casework
- Prepare briefs, declarations, and other supporting documents for immigration filings
- Review case files and legal pleadings to help shape effective legal strategies
- Analyze fact patterns and apply relevant legal principles to real-world cases
Who You Are
- A current 2L, 3L, or recent law school graduate with a strong interest in immigration law
- A clear, confident writer with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Bilingual in English and Spanish? That’s a big plus!
- Curious, empathetic, and ready to grow in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
