We’re currently seeking a bright, compassionate Law Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a 2L, 3L, or recent J.D. graduate who is passionate about immigration law and eager to gain hands-on experience in a purpose-driven legal environment.

What You’ll Do

Conduct legal research and draft memoranda to support attorney casework
Prepare briefs, declarations, and other supporting documents for immigration filings
Review case files and legal pleadings to help shape effective legal strategies
Analyze fact patterns and apply relevant legal principles to real-world cases

Who You Are

A current 2L, 3L, or recent law school graduate with a strong interest in immigration law
A clear, confident writer with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Bilingual in English and Spanish? That’s a big plus!
Curious, empathetic, and ready to grow in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
