Administrative Law Clerk (Full-Time, Hybrid)

Location: Downtown Chicago | Schedule: Hybrid (In-office Tues–Thurs, Remote Mon & Fri)

Start Date: ASAP

We are a dynamic and growing law firm located in the heart of downtown Chicago. We specialize in distressed real estate law and proudly represent a wide range of landlords throughout the Chicagoland area. Our work focuses on landlord/tenant disputes, building code violations, and forcible entry and detainer actions.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Administrative Law Clerk to join our team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in real estate law and litigation support, with opportunities to grow alongside our expanding practice.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with clients and opposing counsel
Assist attorneys in trial preparation and court proceedings
Negotiate settlements under attorney supervision
Obtain, organize, and file legal documents with the clerk
Maintain and submit weekly case and task reports
Handle a variety of administrative and legal support projects as needed
