Highly skilled and motivated, with intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in data/task management. Candidates for this position should have quick and accurate typing skills, and impeccable organization.

Responsibilities:

Enter attorney time into billing system.

Help billing team with performing edits to attorneys' time at the pre-bill stage.

Prepare emails to clients with approved invoices under deductibles

Retain organized list to track task completed vs open task to be done.

Look over finalized work, reviewing for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product.

Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree preferred - an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of the degree

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Pay range - $20-25 per hour
