We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our Corporate Lawyer in handling legal and corporate matters. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in legal research, contract management, corporate governance, compliance, and day-to-day legal operations within a global technology company.

Responsibilities

Assist the Corporate Lawyer in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and corporate records.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing legal matters and corporate initiatives.
Maintain and update legal databases, trackers, and document management systems to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Provide administrative and operational support in the day-to-day management of legal matters.
Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and documentation related to legal and corporate activities.
Support compliance and corporate governance activities as required.

Requirements

Available for a full-time, on-site internship.
Final-year Law student (minimum 7th semester) or a fresh graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university.
Strong interest in corporate law, contract management, and legal compliance.
Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
