We are seeking a motivated legal intern to support our growing team. This gap year opportunity is ideal for college graduates who are considering a future in law.
In short, we’re seeking a highly motivated individual to deliver excellent support to the legal teams at Kirker Davis. The candidate with the greatest chance of succeeding will be organized, dependable, professional, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.
What you’ll be doing
You will be assisting us with the following:
- Handling incoming phone calls and electronic contact during regular business hours
- Providing office support and coordinating front desk operations
- Inputting information into case files and case management software
- Organizing files, monitoring calendars, meeting deadlines, and documenting correspondence
- Preparing materials for mediation, hearings, discovery, responses, and filings under attorney or paralegal guidance
- Assisting with administrative projects and special assignments as needed
