Part-Time Legal Intern (Growth Track Opportunity)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team on a part-time basis. This is not a typical internship—this role is designed for someone who wants real exposure to how a law firm operates day-to-day, from legal work to the business side of practice.
You will work directly with leadership and gain hands-on experience across all aspects of the firm, including client intake, case management, operations, and financial workflows. If successful, this role has a clear path to a long-term part-time or full-time position.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with client intake, interviews, and onboarding
- Support case management and internal workflow organization
- Communicate with clients and help manage ongoing relationships
- Assist with billing, reconciliation, and identifying discrepancies
- Draft correspondence, legal documents, and internal materials
- Support hiring, staffing coordination, and operational tasks as needed

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in both legal work and the business/operations side of a firm
- Self-starter mindset with a willingness to take initiative
- Prior legal or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
