About The Position
The Human Resources Intern (Learning & Development) will work in our Denver office under the supervision of the Sr. Learning and Development Manager, with additional exposure to the broader HR team. This role provides hands-on experience supporting learning and development initiatives while gaining a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources functions.
In addition to a primary focus on Learning & Development, the intern will collaborate with team members across HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role offers a well-rounded opportunity to understand how HR programs support employee experience and organizational success while contributing to meaningful projects and initiatives.
- Support the coordination and development of learning and development programs that enhance employee growth and engagement.
- Assist with creating and organizing training materials, resources, and content for various learning initiatives.
- Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs, including scheduling and logistics.
- Maintain and update learning systems, records, and participation tracking.
- Support evaluation efforts by helping track training effectiveness and gathering feedback.
- Collaborate with team members across Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Assist with HR programs and initiatives that support employee experience and organizational success.
- Contribute to special projects and other assignments to gain a well-rounded understanding of Human Resources functions.
About You
- Strong interest in Learning & Development and/or a desire to pursue a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with learning systems or HR tools is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
