2026 Summer Associate – Labor & Employment Litigation
O’Hagan Meyer is seeking motivated and detail-oriented summer law clerks to join our Fresno, CA team. This is an exceptional opportunity for law students interested in employment law to gain hands-on experience working alongside a team of seasoned litigators and dynamic client base.
As a summer law clerk, you’ll be fully integrated into our litigation team, contributing to real cases and meaningful client work from day one. You’ll receive personalized mentorship, participate in strategy sessions, and sharpen your legal research and writing skills—all while building lasting connections with attorneys who are invested in your growth.

- Real hands-on legal experience in employment litigation, involving claims based on wage and hour violations, employment discrimination and harassment, breach of contract, and other tort claims

- You'll observe mediations, depositions, court hearings, trials, and arbitrations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pre-law, political science, or a related field (or currently enrolled in law school)
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software

Hourly Compensation: $35.00
This is a paid, in-person position based at the firm’s Fresno office.
