Legal Assistant - Client Intake Specialist - ENTRY LEVEL

About the Role

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the legal field. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience while gathering essential case information for our attorneys.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients via phone and email; make outbound calls to inquiries.
Collect and document case details to determine eligibility based on firm criteria.
Manage the initial stages of client relationships with professionalism and care.
Utilize case management software to maintain accurate records.
Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
High attention to detail in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information.
Basic administrative experience preferred (not required).
High school diploma required.
Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs occasionally.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $23 per hour base pay with annual increases of $2.00 through your third work anniversary.
Performance bonuses: First-year total compensation typically $26–$28/hour
