The MassDevelopment Summer Internship Program offers hands-on, meaningful work for students and recent graduates who want to learn, grow, and contribute to projects that strengthen communities and support economic development across the Commonwealth.

Who We Are
MassDevelopment, the state’s development finance agency and land bank, delivers financing solutions, real estate expertise, and other assistance to strengthen and grow the Massachusetts economy. We partner with businesses, nonprofits, developers, banks, and municipalities, providing resources to help create jobs, build housing, and foster vibrant communities across the state. Program Details
- Program Dates: June 1, 2026 – August 6, 2026
- Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday–Thursday
- Three days in the office, one remote day
- Locations: Boston, Devens, Worcester, Springfield
- Compensation: $25 per hour
Who Can Apply
- Currently enrolled college or technical students, or recent graduates
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to commute to a designated worksite three days per week

- Investment Banking – Boston
- Legal Counsel – Boston (Law students entering 2L or 3L year)
