Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Contributing to a key process-improvement project with clear success measures such as increasing the accuracy and organization of digital employee files, completing the migration of legacy documents, reducing retrieval time for HR records, and helping improve overall audit-readiness.
General Responsibilities
HRIS & Document Management
- Work within UKG Pro and Document Manager to upload, organize, and maintain employee documents.
- Support digital file audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
HR Operations Support
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day operational tasks such as tracking documentation, updating employee records, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Help prepare HR reports or summaries as needed.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Support HR-led engagement initiatives such as surveys, recognition programs, and events.
- Assist with event logistics, coordination, and communication materials.
Compliance & Policy Support:
- Assist with updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policy documentation.
Other:
- Complete special projects
- Assist all function HR leaders in additional special projects or tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this role shall have the following qualification and experiences:
- Must be a current student or recent graduate of a university or college. Minimum of a rising sophomore level.
- Coursework related to the internship role (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (Excel, Word, Outlook)
To be successful in this role, we believe that you possess the following skills, competencies & characteristics:
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HRIS tools (experience with UKG Pro is a plus)
- Interest in pursuing a career in HR, talent development, or organizational effectiveness
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills
