About the Team:
As a People Experience Intern you will:
- Ensure all “Employee Data” has been entered correctly into the HRIS upon recruitment and onboarding and then will be responsible for maintaining and updating this data as changes occur for employees. By maintaining 100% accuracy with data, this will ensure employees will receive communication, payments etc in a consistent, timely and accurate manor
- Support the entire employee lifecycle changes in our HRIS (SAP - Success Factors)
- Monitor and manage ticket queries via Zen Desk and support on issue resolution within required SLA’s
- Ensure I9 compliance for all employees including conducting I9’s for manager + levels across retail
- Build relationships with authenticity to collaborate and support employees and leaders
- Be proactive and solution driven with the ability to identify and proactively solve employee queries
- Other duties as assigned

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools preferred.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to meaningful projects.
