Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a Talent Development Intern. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic leader to support various HR initiatives for our teams' ongoing professional development. Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, this diverse role will support our teams based in Retail, Corporate, Client Services Center and our Repair workshops.
This intern will assist in the project management, execution, and overall production of various talent development initiatives, ensuring alignment within the business strategy, employee growth and development.
Job responsibilities
- Training Experiences/Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing Talent Development trainings, workshops, meetings and panel discussions. These tasks include supporting on all administration tasks, venue logistics, participant communications and material preparation.
- Learning Materials: Support the sourcing, curation and distribution of learning materials. These key resources include presentations, facilitator guides, training workbooks and online learning modules.
- Training Program Support: Provide administrative and logistical support for & during the various training programs. This includes scheduling, tracking attendance, managing participant feedback and maintaining training records. Be on hand throughout the training program to support activities and workshops.
- Managing data: Updating and managing our Learning Management System (LMS).
- E-Learning Development: Support the development and maintenance of e-learning modules using various authoring tools and platforms. Assist in creating engaging and interactive online learning experiences.
- Communication Support: Assist in creating and distributing communication materials related to talent development programs, such as training announcements, newsletters, and intranet content.
- Cross-Functional HR Support: Assist in other areas of the HR Department and provide support where needed.
Profile

- Advanced MS Excel (Macros, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), MS Word, MS PowerPoint required.
- Experience with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of technology and ability to partner with different departments.
Compensation
Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour
Graduate Interns will be compensated at: $25/hour
Criteria
Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
Spring Intern Cohort: January-June 2026
Able and willing to work at the assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC.
Legally authorized to work in the US.
The position requires to be on site at the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
