📝 About the Role -
As the Associate Recruitment Assistant, you’ll provide essential administrative support for our fall on-campus and summer associate programs, as well as assist with lateral associate recruitment. You’ll interact regularly with firm lawyers, candidates, and vendors, helping to ensure a seamless and professional recruitment experience. This position reports to the Associate Recruitment Manager – Western Region, based in Denver.
🔍 Key Responsibilities -
• Provide administrative support: phones, supplies, correspondence, calendars, mail, and file management.
• Maintain recruitment systems: update candidate data, generate correspondence, track expenses, and prepare interview materials.
• Support summer associate program: coordinate travel, manage evaluations, and assist with training and orientation.
• Assist with on-campus and job fair logistics: registration, scheduling, materials, and candidate escorting.
• Help plan and execute on-site and off-site events, support legal personnel intake and committee operations.
• Participate in the firm’s global Responsible Business program.
• Perform additional tasks as needed
🎯 Qualifications -
• 1+ years of experience in a law firm, law school career services, or similar professional setting.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
⏰ Schedule & Compensation -
• Core hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch)
• Occasional overtime during peak periods.
• Salary range: $47,000–$57,000/year, based on experience.
• Eligible for discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
