Operating Status
- Corporate team meets at our office in Northern Springfield or our Woodbridge office 3-4 times a week. This job will be performed at one of our offices with only one or two days teleworking a week.
Physical Qualification(s) Required
- Work is performed in an office and telework environment
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time
Key Responsibilities
By the end of this internship, participants will be able to:
- Assist with posting job openings on internal and external job boards
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
- Help maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events
- Support HR team in conducting research, compiling reports, and preparing presentations
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Requirements
- Ideal for students currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with HR software or systems is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact with various personalities
This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related fields. You’ll work closely with our leadership team and gain direct experience that prepares you for a future career in HR management or business operations.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
