Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Clerk located in the San Diego Metropolitan Area. The Family Law Clerk will be responsible for assisting attorneys with legal research, preparing legal documents, and communicating with clients and court staff. Daily tasks will include organizing case files, conducting research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and supporting attorneys with case management and court preparations.

Qualifications

Knowledge in Law and Legal Document Preparation
Strong Communication and Writing skills
Experience in conducting Legal Research
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field
Prior experience in family law is a plus
