Position Type: Part-time (20-30 hours a week)
About us: We are a 20-person wrongful death/personal injury law firm in Buckhead
focused on a small number of high-value cases. We take many cases to trial, some
involving 8-figure or 9-figure verdicts.
Description: Part-time document clerk to support our team. Responsibilities include filing and organizing case documents, delivering and retrieving materials from courts and other offices, running errands, scanning and copying records, and assisting attorneys and staff with general case preparation. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, strong attention to detail, professional appearance, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
• Reviewing case files and medical records
• Organize and maintain legal files and case management system
• Deliver documents and run errands
• Perform additional support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong work ethic and initiative
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work 20–30 hours
• Ability to multitask and handle a busy environment
Compensation: $20-30/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule: This is a part-time position requiring 20 to 30 hours per week. The work
schedule is flexible, but the ideal candidate will be available to work Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00/4:00 PM.
