We’re looking for a dynamic, curious individual with a penchant for multitasking to join our close-knit team of dedicated professionals. This job requires the ability to juggle various tasks and responsibilities, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

Gather vital information and documents from clients
Engage with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
Coordinate with vendors
Assist in preparation of written discovery materials and court filings
Review and organize case related documents including medical records
Process court filings
Prepare and dispatch record requests
Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems
Light front office administration
Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Mac based computer software
Meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills
Proven ability to utilize templates and resources effectively
Strong time management skills with a keen eye for deadlines
Minimum one year working in civil litigation

Bonus Points for:

Fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese
Prior experience in landlord/tenant law or plaintiff’s side work
