About the role

Westwin Elements is at the forefront of building America’s first nickel refinery, strengthening the domestic supply chain for critical minerals. We are seeking a Legal Intern to support our legal team in administrative and organizational tasks while gaining valuable hands-on experience in corporate and regulatory law.

What you'll do

Work closely with the legal team to assist in day-to-day operations.
Organize and maintain digital legal files and documentation.
Scan, copy, and manage physical and electronic records.
Assist with research projects and legal document preparation.
Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

Current student or recent graduate in Pre-Law, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
Reliable, trustworthy, and highly organized.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and other Office platforms.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
