OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Our ideal candidate is a motivated undergraduate student or recent graduate with a strong interest in pursuing a legal career or attending law school. You are organized, detail-oriented, professional, and eager to learn, with the ability to manage confidential information and contribute positively within a collaborative corporate legal environment. In this role, you will report to the General Counsel.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal and regulatory research on healthcare, privacy, employment, and corporate law topics.
Assist with reviewing, organizing, and tracking contracts and legal documents
Support compliance and policy-related projects
Organize and maintain legal files, templates, and records
Attend meetings with internal departments and observe legal/business discussions when appropriate
Assist with special projects assigned by the General Counsel or legal team
Monitor developments in healthcare regulations and industry trends
Provide general administrative support to the legal department

Qualifications

Current undergraduate student or recent graduate interested in attending law school
Strong academic performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
