Position Overview

We are currently seeking a paid law clerk who has completed their second year of law school or further. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with flexible hours to accommodate schedules. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in litigation and strong legal research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Draft and edit pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
Assist with discovery requests, document review, and trial preparation
Conduct legal research on complex issues across multiple practice areas
Attend court hearings and trial proceedings with attorneys
Participate in client meetings, strategy sessions, and case development
