Purpose and Scope

Support the Legal/Compliance function and grow your understanding of the Legal/Compliance environment in a pharmaceutical company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The projects scope will vary as needed and may include the following:

Work with Legal and Compliance teams to support ongoing and applicable development projects.
Support a variety of day-to-day and/or project-related matters across Tolmar’s legal and compliance functions – commercial (e.g., contract support), privacy and compliance.
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Skill in effective communication, both orally and in writing.
Good project management skills.
Ability to work individually and ability to handle self-driven projects efficiently.
Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Education & Experience

Student pursuing a degree in pre-law or business administration with an interest in seeking a law degree post undergraduate studies.
Have achieved an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) or higher.

Working Conditions

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
Some project-related domestic travel may be required.

Compensation and Benefits

Base rate is $19.00 per hour
