Legal Intern – Overview

As a Legal Intern at NCR Atleos, you will gain valuable exposure to the legal functions of a global technology company. This internship offers hands-on experience in areas such as contract review, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and legal research. You’ll work closely with experienced attorneys and legal professionals to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Legal Intern – Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research on regulatory, compliance, and industry-specific topics.
Support the legal team in preparing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Help maintain legal databases and document management systems.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand business needs and legal implications.
Assist with compliance tracking and reporting activities.
Contribute to special projects related to corporate governance, intellectual property, or data privacy.

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with legal research tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Interest in corporate law, technology law, or regulatory compliance.
