Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports
Organize and maintain case files and legal databases
Assist with scheduling, deadlines, and court filings
Support attorneys during trials, hearings, and client meetings
Ensure compliance with legal procedures and confidentiality standards

What You Bring to the Table:

Associate’s degree or Paralegal Certificate (required)
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Sharp writing and communication abilities
Reliable transportation and punctuality

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in litigation, employment law, or criminal defense
Familiarity with West Virginia court systems and filing procedures
Notary Public certification
