Responsibilities: •

• Coordinate and manage attorney schedules to ensure seamless workflow and timely case progression.

• Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents with precision, maintaining our commitment to excellence. • Assist in the preparation of case files, ensuring all necessary documentation is organized and accessible. • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries to foster trust and transparency.

• Maintain and update client records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

• Collaborate with attorneys and team members to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency in the office.

Qualifications:

Legal Industry Experience : Some experience in the legal field is required.

Education: An Associate’s degree or some college is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Software Skills : Familiarity with legal software, case management, and docketing programs.

Organizational Skills : Strong ability to stay organized and communicate well. •Legal Knowledge : Understanding of legal documents and terminology.

General Office Software Proficiency.

Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
