Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Assist in research, review, analysis and drafting of policies and procedures.
Collaborate with key stakeholders (including Legal, Privacy, and Servicing) on various business initiatives; support the individual compliance teams with tasks associated to Management Reporting preparations; independent compliance reviews, enhancing compliance procedures and review activities.
Assist with other compliance deliverables as assigned.
Contribute to team effort by completing special projects as needed.
Participate in required Intern events.

Qualifications

What makes you a dream candidate?

Knowledge of compliance related concepts, best practices, and regulations and laws preferred.
Skills
Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with corporate personnel, customers, contractors, consulting attorney's, and the general public.
Ability to express facts and ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Analytical ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
High level of personal integrity, with the ability to professionally handle confidential matters.
Strong interest in policies and processes relating to data protection and privacy.
Ability to use Microsoft Office applications software.

Experience

Currently pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree in Law, Pre-Law, Business or related field is preferred.
Auto finance experience and/or privacy related experience a plus.
