II. Job Summary: Provide miscellaneous administrative support to team members in the Legal department.

III. Job Functions and Duties

NO. Representative Duties

1 Assist with the preparation of visa and immigration applications. Gather and organize required information and communication with beneficiaries and applicants regarding visa and green card applications.

2 Provide assistance to the inhouse counsel on various visa & immigration matters and other legal projects as assigned

3 Assist with document management, translation and other administrative duties.

4 Other duties as assigned by Senior Immigration Counsel and General Counsel.

5 Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.

IⅤ. Qualification

Job Requirements Language Strong oral and communication skills in English and in Mandarin Chinese

Experience Experience and /or training and education in law or legal administrative support; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Education Minimum college degree

Physical Condition This is an office job requiring sitting for most of the day.

Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses, hearing protection and steel-toed work boots when entering the production floor.

Other Requirements MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.

COMPUTER SKILLS - Knowledge of familiarity of MS Office and other document editing software

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities utilized on the job Professional Knowledge, Skills Basic understanding of US visa and immigration law

Basic understanding of record keepings

Self-motivated with a high degree of attention to detail, and excellent team work and writing and communication skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work and respond to multiple demands while meeting deadlines

Strong work ethics, understand business and practical considerations, and work in a fast-paced environment with team collaboration

Strong research and writing skills

Strong interpersonal and communications skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the Company

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within the legal department and across all businesses

Training Required I-9 compliance training;

Basic visa & immigration training

V. Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and steel-toed work boots.

VI. Key Performance Indicators: Visa & immigration applications prepared; memo prepared

Must be 18 years of age or older.
