As a Litigation Law Clerk, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to that mission by supporting our attorneys with research, drafting, and case preparation while gaining meaningful litigation experience.

This position is open to current 2L or 3L law students or recent law school graduates who want to immerse themselves in the real work of litigation. Our clerks are integral to the team—helping ensure deadlines are met, cases are fully prepared, and clients feel confident they have a strong team behind them.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, discovery, and motions.
Assist attorneys with deposition and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, summaries, and case binders.
Review and analyze discovery materials, medical records, and expert reports.
Help manage deadlines, hearing schedules, and court filings.
Collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals to develop case strategy and support active litigation.
Maintain accurate and organized case notes to ensure continuity and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

Current 2L or 3L law student at an accredited law school.
Active involvement in Law Review, Moot Court, or other research-focused projects preferred.
Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
Interest in personal injury and civil litigation.
Team-oriented, with professionalism, initiative, and a client-centered mindset.

Schedule & Compensation

The ideal candidate will be able to work 20 hours a week in person at our Tallahassee office. Compensation is $17/hr. Reliable transportation is required.
