Role Overview As a Legal and Compliance Intern, you directly support the Legal and Compliance departments, which provide support to all of Cortland's functions including real estate investment, development, construction, and property management.

Qualifications Your Building Blocks of Success

Full-time sophomore, junior, or senior college student enrolled in a legal track with 3.5 GPA or higher
Demonstrated interest in a legal or real estate career
Strong communication, quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
